CircleFund Terms and Conditions

By creating an account or using CircleFund, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

CircleFund helps members organize and record savings circles. It does not hold, transfer, lend, insure, or take custody of money.

Members arrange contributions and payouts directly with one another. You are responsible for deciding whom to join, making agreed contributions, and resolving payment issues with other members.

We do not guarantee that another member will contribute, participate, or make a payout.

By providing your phone number and continuing, you agree to receive automated SMS messages from CircleFund, a product from Technia Innovations, for account verification and login codes only. We do not send SMS marketing messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Consent to verification texts is required to create or recover an account because CircleFund uses them to confirm control of the phone number. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you grant contact access, the App may use phone numbers from your address book to match you with existing members and help you send invitations.

Our collection, use, retention, and deletion of phone numbers, contact matches, date of birth, gender, and other account information are described in the Privacy Policy.

Optional paid subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices and renewal periods are shown before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable store. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid period. Refunds are handled under the store's policies.

You may not use the App to break the law, defraud or harass others, impersonate someone, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or distribute harmful content.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, threaten members, or create legal or security risk.

The App is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep it reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by agreements, contributions, payouts, or disputes between savings-circle members.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Some circle records may be anonymized rather than removed when needed to preserve accurate records for other members.

We may update these terms. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes, and continued use after they take effect means you accept the updated terms.
