Manage or cancel your subscription

CircleFund Basic subscriptions are billed through the app store where you subscribed. To manage, change, or cancel your subscription:

  • iPhone / iPad: Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → CircleFund, then choose to change or cancel. You can also tap Manage Subscription in the app's Settings screen.
  • Android: Open the Google Play Store → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → CircleFund, then choose to change or cancel.
  • Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep Basic access until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account returns to the Free tier.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; contact them through the links in your store receipt, or email us if you need help.

Frequently asked questions

What is CircleFund?

CircleFund lets you run a savings circle with people you know and trust. Everyone contributes a set amount on a schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), and each round one member receives the pooled payout.

How do I join or create a circle?

After signing up, create a circle and invite friends with a secure link or by sharing the circle code. You can also accept invitations others send you. A circle holds up to 12 members.

Does CircleFund hold or move my money?

No. CircleFund is an organizer only — it never stores, transfers, or takes custody of any money. Contributions and payouts happen directly between members using whatever payment method you agree on.

How do I invite my contacts?

On the Contacts tab, sync your phone contacts and invite them to your circle with one tap. You can also share a secure invite link or code by text message. Contact syncing requires a Basic plan.

Why can't I join a circle?

Circles are limited to 12 members and the payout order is set when the circle is created. If a circle is full or has already started, ask the organizer to start a new one.

I can't log in. What should I do?

Make sure you enter the phone number you registered with, then use the password reset option on the sign-in screen. If you're still stuck, email us at the address below and we'll help you recover your account.
